I recently embarked on an incredible journey to become a digital trainer. This adventure led me to the Train-The-Trainer (TTT) course, a three-day intensive program that ran from December 22 to 23, 2024, at the PKNS Entrepreneur Development Division in Shah Alam, Selangor. I’m thrilled to share my experience with you!
On the first day, I walked into PKNS Biz Point feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. The feel much like Bilbo Baggins stepping out of his door in The Shire. The welcoming atmosphere quickly put me at ease, and I was introduced to our amazing trainers, Coach Hadi and Coach Zul. These two were like the Gandalf and Dumbledore of digital coaching, full of wisdom and ready to share it all. The day was packed with sessions that were both enlightening and engaging. By the end, my brain felt as full as a camel’s hump, but my thirst for knowledge was far from quenched.
The second day brought new challenges and adventures. Coach Hadi and Coach Zul took the reins, leading us through a series of intense and interactive sessions. It felt like a magical bootcamp. We tackled technical glitches and brainstormed solutions. Despite the trials, the camaraderie among participants and the humor sprinkled throughout the day made the learning process enjoyable. By the end of the day, I felt more confident and ready to take on any digital challenge.
On the final day, everything came together. We participated in presentations, role-plays, and more interactive activities. The applause and positive feedback were incredibly rewarding, marking the completion of this significant milestone in my journey. Without the invaluable guidance of Coach Hadi and Coach Zul, and the support from my fellow participants, this achievement would not have been possible.
The Importance of a Social Mission
Having a social mission is crucial. It’s about more than personal achievement. It’s about using our skills to create positive change in our communities. My mission is to empower others with digital knowledge, make everyone has the tools they need to thrive in this digital age.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we approach 2025, I am filled with optimism and anticipation. The skills and knowledge gained from the Train-The-Trainer course will enable me to contribute more effectively to my community. My goal for 2025 is to use these skills to benefit target groups, particularly those who lack access to digital education. Whether it’s through workshops, online training, or one-on-one coaching, I aim to bridge the digital divide and create opportunities for learning and growth.
In conclusion, the completion of the Train-The-Trainer course is just the beginning of my journey. With the foundation laid by Coach Hadi and Coach Zul, and the support of my peers, I am ready to embark on this mission with renewed vigor. I am confident that 2025 will bring new opportunities for me to make a meaningful impact.
